Colonial, early Australian and Contemporary works from the collection which explore wild woods, enchanted forests and the iconic Australian bush.


The works in the exhibition capture the bush as a source of struggle, nourishment, fear and wonder for both Indigenous and Non-Indigenous artists.  The exhibition features prints, photographs, paintings, watercolours, drawings, film and ceramics and includes a new commission by Danie Mellor.


Danie Mellor Artist Talk

Danie Mellor's work explores themes that are critically linked to cultural histories and concepts of the landscape.  The artist will discuss his practice and works on display.  Free, all welcome
