Local music venues provide more than just a stage – they are social spaces where the exchange of ideas and phone numbers over a few drinks can create life-long friendships and,
perhaps even, the seeds of a cultural revolution.
This installation recreates that atmosphere with more than a little inspiration from such legendary local venues as the Oxford Tavern (photographs by Tom Dion), The Ironworkers, and The North Gong Hotel.
