
The Community Access Gallery program aims to provide a high profile exhibition space that supports the work of local artists and Illawarra community groups. This exhibition space is available for monthly hire at a cost of $600. This cost includes:

Three week exhibition period

Open to public 10am-5pm Tuesday-Friday, Weekends 12-4pm - lift & stair access available

Use of cables and installation equipment

Use of an adjoining room for opening/launch

Use of three Gallery staff for opening / launch (maximum time 3hrs)

Use of PA equipment, tables, table cloths and glassware for opening/launch

The Community Access Gallery is a hired space and does not form part of the Art Gallery's exhibition program.
ART and MUSIC
8 July - 30 July
An exhibition by primary-aged string students learning the connection of art and music by studying Picasso and Satie. This exhibition is a WollCon Art and Strings partnership with the Enigma Quartet and the Wollongong Art Gallery

OPERATION ART 2023 TOURING EXHIBITION
2 August - 3 September
Operation Art is an annual exhibition celebrating its 28th Anniversary this year. These 50 artworks created by students across New South Wales will tour the state before finding their home at The Children's Hospital at Westmead, where they will help make sick children feel better through the power of art. This is an initiative of The Children's Hospital at Westmead in partnership with The NSW Department of Education.
