Students Photography Competition

The Gallery runs an exciting annual photography competition for primary and high school students across New South Wales.

Each year the competition has a different theme to spark students' creative thinking and showcase their perspective through the lens. Entries are judged on the way they interpret the brief, as well as the way they captivate the audience through story-telling and emotive elements.

This competition includes the following categories:

  • Years 3 and 4
  • Years 5 and 6
  • Years 7 and 8
  • Years 9 and 10
  • Years 11 and 12.
